I guess I should start by saying I just moved from Nova Scotia to Airdrie. Now, I don’t need to tell you that moving over that distance by driving 5900 km. Most of the other parties I had to deal with seemed uninterested on why there’s many differences in purchasing a place from such a distance. Derek Timmons is a top notch person and a realtor you want in your corner. We approached him in March to sell our house in Airdrie due to a relocation. There was a high degree of anxiety on our part given the tight timeline for our move and all the things we had to get done. Luckily Derek’s team is very organized and they looked after all the details to get our home show ready. Derek was always a text or call away. After our move my rental property in Calgary became vacant and therefore I listed with Derek in May for that condo. I was very apprehensive about that property in particular because I’d tried to sell before with no luck. I am happy to say both the house and condo have sold and we couldn’t be more thankful.
