When I was considering selling my home, I reached out to a couple realtors for a free appraisal. Derek responded quickly and was the only one who took the time to come and do this in person. Mr Timmons has his property on air B&B. He is less than truthful about it. He has it posted as an entire home, when in fact it is NOT. He had the basement rented out to a tenant and You are not only NOT allowed to use the basement but you are not allowed to use the garage , garden access to the pathways or driveway, it’s the middle of winter !!! The house is not equipped , it’s was NOT cleaned . If this is the way he conduct’s business, I would not use him as a realtor . His practices are shameful and less than honest . He was threatening and intimidated when people complained and refused to give any refund even thought he admitted he was wrong and falsely advised his property . VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES

Hey Google! Ok so if you are reading this you want the down low on Derek! Well first of all I am not by any stretch a person who likes forking out thousands of dollars of my house sale money for a realtor! Typically they are overpriced and don’t give a hoot about your house, they want you to list for the lowest possible and take their cut of your proceeds and move on. Derek is not like that, period! I don’t know how I lucked out and found Derek but if you have found him consider yourself blessed! Use him and thank me later!! He will 100% hustle to get your house sold for top dollar! He is super personable, but at the end of the day I want a realtor that sells my house, that’s it, that’s all! Find me a buyer and I am happy. I didn’t personally think staging made any difference in today’s market. Derek said staging is included and worth your time. We didn’t pay for the stager to come in, and she did an awesome job! I was shocked at how it transformed our house to something amazing. Green water bottles are the selling touch! We went live and got 2 offers day one. When financing fell thru on the first offer I have to admit I was deflated! Derek was confident we would have another buyer asap. We went back to market and in less than 18 hours we were back to conditionally sold! Derek hustled to stay on top of everything! I have referred his service out twice now in under a month!
