Derek Timmons is a top notch person and a realtor you want in your corner. We approached him in March to sell our house in Airdrie due to a relocation. There was a high degree of anxiety on our part given the tight timeline for our move and all the things we had to get done. Luckily Derek’s team is very organized and they looked after all the details to get our home show ready. Derek was always a text or call away. After our move my rental property in Calgary became vacant and therefore I listed with Derek in May for that condo. I was very apprehensive about that property in particular because I’d tried to sell before with no luck. I am happy to say both the house and condo have sold and we couldn’t be more thankful. One of my favorite things about Derek is how he looks after client interests. As this review might suggest, my husband and I at times felt desperate to get rid of these properties, but Derek never took shortcuts or a quick deal just to take advantage of that. The sale of my home in Deer Ridge finalized today with the deposit of proceeds into my bank account. I must say that it was a very stressful time, since at the same time I had a health problem that temporarily affected my cognitive functions and energy. Hello All, On behalf of my wife and me, I will like to take this Review to say some few words about Derek. Derek doesn’t take his job only to show and sell houses, he takes his job from his heart. He actually talked us out of many houses than the houses that he recommended. Once we gave him our list of what we were looking for, he went into the search. My wife loved about 3 properties but Derek told us, not to go into it because of the follow and he listed the reasons.
