My husband and I worked with Graham Doody to buy our first home together this past November/December 2024. Right off the bat Graham was great at working with our complicated shift work schedules and never missed a beat accommodating the strange availability we had, typically later at night than most normal people. My husband and I had recently moved to the Calgary area from BC and Graham was very helpful in giving us insight into some of the differences in the Alberta market that we didn’t know about. In short: He was friendly and easy-going, being able to relax us and quiet our anxiety about the decision. More detail: What I appreciated the most about Graham was his openness about his own life and experiences. This quieted some of our anxiety and indecisiveness as we tried to envision our future. I also appreciated Graham’s quiet tenacity, which showed in his work ethic and when it came to negotiations.
