In short: He was friendly and easy-going, being able to relax us and quiet our anxiety about the decision. More detail: What I appreciated the most about Graham was his openness about his own life and experiences. He spoke to us about his family life over the years and shared some of his wisdom with us that helped us with our decision. This quieted some of our anxiety and indecisiveness as we tried to envision our future. I also appreciated Graham’s quiet tenacity, which showed in his work ethic and when it came to negotiations. Graham was always available by phone and worked with us and our terrible work schedules to do viewings at all hours. Graham is polite and nice but don’t let that fool you, he will fight hard for his clients to get a great deal. We wanted to know we were getting the best we could and Graham showed us that we had a strong person in our corner.
