Derek Timmons is a top notch person and a realtor you want in your corner. We approached him in March to sell our house in Airdrie due to a relocation. There was a high degree of anxiety on our part given the tight timeline for our move and all the things we had to get done. Luckily Derek’s team is very organized and they looked after all the details to get our home show ready. Derek was always a text or call away. After our move my rental property in Calgary became vacant and therefore I listed with Derek in May for that condo. I was very apprehensive about that property in particular because I’d tried to sell before with no luck. I am happy to say both the house and condo have sold and we couldn’t be more thankful. One of my favorite things about Derek is how he looks after client interests. My husband and I worked with Graham Doody to buy our first home together this past November/December 2024. Right off the bat Graham was great at working with our complicated shift work schedules and never missed a beat accommodating the strange availability we had, typically later at night than most normal people.
