My husband and I worked with Graham Doody to buy our first home together this past November/December 2024. Right off the bat Graham was great at working with our complicated shift work schedules and never missed a beat accommodating the strange availability we had, typically later at night than most normal people. My husband and I had recently moved to the Calgary area from BC and Graham was very helpful in giving us insight into some of the differences in the Alberta market that we didn’t know about. I found his insights on properties to be very helpful and things we would not have thought of on our own or through our own research. When it came down to getting the deal done on a multiple offer situation Graham was able to win us the house by being readily available and negotiating well for us. We moved into our home in January and have been loving it so far. One thing both my husband and I remarked on was how we almost wished we spent more time looking for a home as catching up with Graham is something we enjoyed a lot and it was a fun few months 🙂

Graham is polite and nice but don’t let that fool you, he will fight hard for his clients to get a great deal. We wanted to know we were getting the best we could and Graham showed us that we had a strong person in our corner. And finally I appreciated the way Graham treated myself and my wife with great respect. My wife is the true leader in our household, and we needed a realtor who would understand that and treat her with the respect she deserves. We started the selling consulation process for more than 18 months ago and just close the deal on this August 2024.
